Client Services hours are Monday – Friday 9:00AM till 4:00PM PST, available via email .

Payment

CU4TRO accepts all major credit cards and PayPal for all domestic, and only Paypal for international orders.

First-time International Orders

We apologize for the inconvenience, but when doing business with first-time International customers, it is our strict policy to ensure order authenticity before shipping product. After you place your order, please email us a picture of your credit card front and back along with a picture with your photo id. The pre-authorization placed on your credit card expires in 7 days, so your swift response is critical. Otherwise, we will not be able to capture funds in order to ship your product, and your order will be canceled.

Order Changes and Cancellations

To request an order change or cancellation, please contact Client Services as soon as possible. We cannot make changes to your order once it has been dispatched from our shipping facility.

FedEx standard domestic shipping is free and insured. Once your order is processed you will receive a tracking number via email.

We stopped shipping to Mexico as all attempts to ship to our friends there are being systematically denied by customs.

† Orders must be made before 11:00 a.m. PST to qualify for next day a.m. shipping. Some exceptions apply to select countries. Accurate transit times available on checkout.

Missing Tracking Information

Please allow at least one business day after your order is shipped for the tracking information to appear online. If the tracking information does not update online, and the expected delivery date has passed, please contact Client Services so that we can assist you further.

Returned To Sender Packages

If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to CU4TRO by the courier, we will contact you to provide the option of reshipment or a refund of the merchandise. The original shipping fee is not refundable.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Please try your purchases on immediately indoors. In case you wish to return or exchange your item(s), you have 4 weeks from the date of purchase to return them. CU4TRO offers complimentary return shipping on all domestic orders. If you are based outside of the US you will need to pay taxes, duties, and shipping both ways.

All returns must be authorized by CU4TRO. All returns must be within 4 weeks of the order's delivery date.

Merchandise must be returned in original condition, and unworn. Any returns received without an RMA or that do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of CU4TRO.

A refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5 business days for processing. Some financial institutions may require additional days.

If your return is not sent back within 4 weeks of receiving your order, your return will only be accepted at the discretion of CU4TRO.

Domestic Return Instructions

Simple, Fast & Complimentary

  1. Navigate to Returns. Enter your email address and order number. This will locate your order. Select the item(s) you wish to return and enter requested information to generate a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and shipping label. (Items must be returned unworn and in original packaging.)
  2. Print your complimentary return shipping label with the RMA number clearly marked. (Make sure prior labels are covered and affix pre-addressed shipping label.)
  3. Drop your package to any authorized FedEx shipping facility or US Postal Office for domestic orders. No payment required.

International Return Instructions

  1. Contact Client Services to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA). (Items must be returned unworn and in original packaging)
  2. Contact DHL and select your country to find the telephone number you need. Follow their instructions and make sure that the new shipping label they provide has your RMA number clearly marked on it. (Make sure prior labels are covered and affix pre-addressed shipping label) You are responsible for all costs incurred to return package, but CU4TRO will refund your total cost of product once received and accepted.
  3. Ship package back to CU4TRO using the below return mailing address;
