Sale items and Special Offers using discount codes are non-returnable, can’t be combined with other special offers, and are not retroactive.


CU4TRO accepts all major credit cards and PayPal for all orders.

Order Changes and Cancellations

To request an order change or cancellation, please contact Client Services as soon as possible. We cannot make changes to your order once it has been dispatched from our shipping facility.

Shipping & Delivery

UPS Ground domestic shipping is free and insured. Once your order is processed you will receive a tracking number via email.

Refused Shipments

If you refuse your shipment from CU4TRO, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges on the package (both original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to CU4TRO.

Lost Packages

CU4TRO cannot be held responsible for missing packages if the tracking number states the product was in fact delivered to the shipping address provided at the time the order was placed. First, you must contact USPS to open a case, and we will attempt to assist you from that point forward.


If your return is not sent back within 4 weeks of receiving your order, your return will only be accepted at the discretion of CU4TRO. RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Returned items must be unworn and in original packaging, so please try items on immediately indoors and make your decision carefully. Items must be returned within 30 days after your order was received. Outside of this time frame, your return will only be accepted at our discretion. If the items are in original condition, and accepted, a full refund for the price of the product will be issued to your original method of payment, excluding any shipping fees.

Technically, CU4TRO does not perform exchanges. After we receive and process your return, we refund your original order excluding shipping fees. You may then place a new order for your desired style or size if it is available.

Invalid Tracking Numbers

This usually happens during the time that the warehouse sends a confirmation to the warehouse that the order has been shipped. Once a tracking number is established with FedEx, they actually need to scan the label for the tracking number to begin working. If you get this message trying to track your package, try again the next day and it should work then.

Missing Tracking Information

Please allow at least one business day after your order is shipped for the tracking information to appear online. If the tracking information does not update online, and the expected delivery date has passed, please contact Client Services so that we can assist you further.

Returned To Sender Packages

If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to CU4TRO by the courier, we will contact you to provide the option of reshipment or a refund of the merchandise. The original shipping fee is not refundable.
