CUATRO offers Free UPS Ground Shipping on orders not requesting CUATRO Shoe Boxes. Orders requesting CUATRO Shoe Boxes are charged a $10.00 flat rate. Hawaii and Puerto Rico are charged a $15.00 flat rate. During SALES, these shipping rates are subject to change for the duration of the SALE. Our Free Shipping policies may change when CUATRO is offering site-wide promotions.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. If you have not received a tracking number, your order has not left the warehouse, and we are working on it.
CUATRO ships to the address entered by the customer and does not require a delivery signature. CUATRO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you need to make a change to your order, including sizes, styles, or addresses, CUATRO requests that you contact us immediately to cancel your order before it ships. If you are too late, please contact customer service to make further arrangements.
CUATRO does not ship to PO Boxes or Military APO, FPO, and DPO destinations.
CUATRO currently ships to the United States and Canada only. All Canadian orders are shipped via DHL, and are typically delivered within 7-21 business days from the date that they are shipped.
All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes are the responsibility of the customer. CUATRO ships packages DDU which will be subject to import fees upon collecting their package.
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
International returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a $25 restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.
